Welcome to ApplyIn ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ApplyIn's website and services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Account Creation. To access certain features, you must register and create an account.

Information Accuracy. You agree to provide complete and accurate information, and to keep it up to date.

Credentials. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content & License

Your Content. You retain ownership of anything you upload or submit (e.g., resumes, cover letters, profiles, job applications) ("User Content").

License to Us. You grant ApplyIn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely to provide and improve the Platform.

Acceptable Content. You may not post anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any User Content at our discretion.

5. Platform Conduct

You agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful, professional purposes related to career development and job applications.

Not impersonate others, manipulate identifiers, or circumvent our access controls.

Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or breach any security measures.

Respect the rights of other users and third parties.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to our practices as described in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP. The Platform, design, text, graphics, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your IP. You own your User Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ApplyIn's IP or your IP.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As Is." The Platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Guarantee. We do not guarantee job placements, user responses, or accuracy of third-party listings.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyIn and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ApplyIn and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms;

Your User Content; or

Your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends, but Sections 4, 7–10, 12, and 13 will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, in the English language. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
